Say It With a Cake! was established by Mona Tähtinen, a Finnish cake artist, food stylist, and photographer. The cake studio was founded in Helsinki back in 2014 after Mona's creative experiments in her kitchen ignited her passion for cake decorating, baking, cooking, and entrepreneurship.
"I have always been fascinated by the power of stories and emotions, and the ability to capture and express them. There’s something special about cakes bringing people together and creating lasting memories, whether for everyday moments or special occasions.
