Say It With a Cake is a Helsinki-based cake studio and creative company specializing in visual food concepts. We design bespoke art cakes, wedding cakes, and visual food concepts for brands, events, and editorial productions.

Behind the studio and its artisanal cakes is Mona Tähtinen — a cake artist, food stylist, and photographer. Founded in Helsinki in 2014, the studio began as a playful exploration in a home kitchen and quickly evolved into a deep passion for cake artistry, baking, food, and entrepreneurship.

Mona’s cakes are known for their thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and strong visual expression. Her work has been featured in international publications such as Vogue Scandinavia. Each creation begins with a story, shaped through the interplay of textures, materials, and movement. An approach that brings a sense of balance and life to every piece.

In addition to cake artistry, we specialize in event production and styling, food photography, and food styling. In every service, we emphasize a holistic experience and a sense of visual delight. We collaborate with leading brands in Finland.
